APAC Implementation Lead - Customer Integrations

Job summary

Global Payments is seeking a technically adept integration specialist to support customers integrating with the Worldpay suite. You’ll work directly with customers and Account Management to understand business needs and deliver fit-for-purpose solutions.

You'll guide the customer and their technical teams through setup, debugging, and post-live monitoring, defining scope and maintaining project plans, while keeping stakeholders updated and managing multiple concurrent projects.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience and proven background in managing projects and delivering customer technical integrations.
• Confidence and experience in managing relationships between internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate ideas effectively and contribute constructively in stakeholder discussions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to propose innovative solutions.
• Curiosity and ability to capture customer requirements and funnel them into solutions.
• Technical expertise in XML and JSON API is a must.
• Experience with Web and Mobile SDKs, React Native and JavaScript.
• Knowledge of Oracle/SQL with Snowflake/Streamlit a plus.
• Ability to perform server log checks with SPLUNK.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage customer integration projects from design to live deployment.
• Provide technical guidance and troubleshoot incidents with customer's tech teams.
• Define project scope and manage plans through completion and post-live monitoring.
• Hold regular meetings to flag risks and keep stakeholders informed.
• Handle multiple projects concurrently with strong organization.
• Plan and deliver customer demos and training on product functionality.
• Stay updated on changing technical trends in payments, security, and web/mobile tech.
• Perform related duties as needed.
