Global Payments Inc. is seeking an Implementation Manager to join the Customer Experience team. You will guide customer integrations with the Worldpay suite, acting as a knowledge hub for our products and coordinating with Account Management to tailor solutions.

You will lead multiple projects, define scope, run live monitoring, and regularly update stakeholders. Demos and training on product functions are also part of the role.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience managing projects and delivering customer integrations.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities; capable of proposing solutions.
• Curious with ability to capture customer requirements.
• Technical expertise in XML, JSON API.
• Experience with Web and Mobile SDKs, React Native and JavaScript.
• Knowledge of Oracle/SQL databases; Snowflake/Streamlit a plus.
• Ability to perform server log checks with SPLUNK.
• Team player able to work independently.

Make your mark at one of the biggest names in payments. We’re looking for a Implementation Manager to join our ever-evolving Customer Experience team and help shape the future of global commerce.

What You’ll Own

• Possess expert level of knowledge on all relevant products and services.
• This is a customer-facing role, you’ll be responsible for supporting our customers in integrating with Worldpay suite of payment services.
• As a go-to expert, you’ll work directly with the customer and Account Management team to fully understand the business and deliver the solutions that are fit for purpose.
• Support the customer and their relevant technical team to integrate to our suite of products, designing and setting up their accounts, providing technical guidance, as well as assistance in troubleshooting and resolving incidents.
• You will be responsible for defining the finalized scope and managing the project right through completion and post live monitoring, following clear and well-maintained project plans. You will keep all relevant stakeholders updated with regular scheduled meetings to identify any risk early and ensure that the project is going to plan.
• You’ll use your exceptional project management skills and experience to work on a high number of projects at any one time.
• You’ll also plan and deliver customer demos and training on product functionality, to help maximize the value add to their businesses.
• Build awareness of changing technical trends within the payment processing industry as well as wider technical trends such as security, web/browser technologies, mobile technologies etc.
• Other related duties assigned as needed.

What You’ll Bring

• 2 years of experience and proven background in managing projects and delivering customer technical integrations. Graduates with some relevant experience welcome to apply.
• Confidence and experience in managing relationships between internal and external stakeholders. Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to communicate ideas effectively and contribute constructively in stakeholder discussions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to propose innovative solutions.
• Be curious, ability to capture customer requirements and familiar with funneling techniques.
• Technical expertise in XML, JSON API is a must
• Experience with implementation involving Web and Mobile SDKs, React Native and JavaScripts
• Knowledge of Database technologies: Oracle / SQL with experience in Snowflake / Streamlit being a plus.
• Ability to perform server log checks with SPLUNK analysis tool.
• Someone who can work independently as well as is a team player.
