Job summary

Global Payments Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to lead the end-to-end onboarding and implementation for APAC commercial customers. You will coordinate with Sales, KYC/CDD, Legal, Credit, Risk, Boarding, and Implementation teams to drive projects from contract signing to go-live.

You will develop project plans, monitor milestones, manage risks, and lead regular status meetings with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring a smooth handover to Sales and CX teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a field related to project management.
• Experience with project management best practices and frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Manage onboarding and implementation for APAC commercial customers from contract signing to go-live.
• Serve as primary liaison between customers and cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution.
• Develop and execute project plans, monitor milestones, manage risks, and lead status meetings.
• Coordinate onboarding requirements, including documentation, system setup, product demos, and training.
• Provide ongoing project reporting, meeting notes, escalation management, and post-go-live monitoring.
• Drive process improvements and conduct project closure reviews; hand over to Sales and CX teams.
