DP World is seeking a hands-on HR PMO & Change Delivery leader to turn strategy into real results. As Director, HR PMO & Change Delivery (APAC), you will align people, priorities, and plans across the region.

Guided by the VP, Organisation Optimization & Technology, you’ll bring structure to complexity, influence without authority, and lead with clarity, creativity, and trust. This role focuses on people experience, redesigning processes, and embedding sustainable change that sticks across

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business or related field.
Experience in HR Change Management and post-acquisition projects.
Strong business analysis skills: requirements gathering, process mapping, gap analysis.

Responsibilities

Deliver HR and Change projects with structure, governance, and strategic alignment.
Redesign processes to enhance employee experience and operational efficiency.
Influence cross-functional teams to adopt new ways of working.
Build frameworks balancing global standards with regional execution realities.
Lead end-to-end HR change initiatives from design to hands-on execution with regional HR leaders.
Translate business priorities into actionable change plans that enable people and organizational transformation.
Activate peer champions and foster ownership across geographies.
