Job summary

PIMCO is seeking a senior HR leader in Singapore to drive end-to-end employee lifecycle operations across APAC. You will lead a team of HR associates, oversee service delivery, and partner with HRBPs to deliver strategic advisory and operational excellence.

You will spearhead transformation initiatives, automate processes, and leverage analytics to improve outcomes. Strong knowledge of Workday and modern HR platforms is required, with a focus on scalable, compliant HR services.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in People Operations and HR service delivery.
• Experience enabling HR Business Partners (HRBPs) and driving operational excellence.
• Strong capability with HR systems such as Workday; familiarity with ServiceNow is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own regional execution of end-to-end employee lifecycle activities.
• Lead HR transformation, automation, and AI-enabled HR initiatives.
• Partner with APAC HRBPs to translate priorities into execution plans.
• Manage KPIs, analytics, and governance across service delivery.
• Coach and develop APAC HR Associates; ensure high-quality employee experience.
• Collaborate with global transformation, technology, and analytics teams.
