Job summary

DSV is seeking a senior PMO professional to lead the APAC portfolio, ensuring delivery of customer projects across the region. You will drive project tracking, governance and engagement with customers while coordinating with senior management on progress and risks.

The role requires extensive project management experience, logistics domain knowledge, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams across multiple countries.

Qualifications

• 6 years project management or equivalent.
• 3 years in logistics operations.
• Logistics experience in logistics operations, solution design, systems, implementations and projects.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage the implementation of new business projects.
• Monitor and track progress.
• Define and control scope.
• Identify and manage risk.
• Allocate and monitor work packages.
• Develop track and control budgets.
• Document and implement project controls.
• Develop and build project teams.
• Develop and build virtual teams.
• Lead and/or facilitate requirements workshops.
• Coach and facilitate work stream leaders meetings.
• Report project progress.
• Escalate issues.
• Manage change requests.
• Work collaboratively with senior management on issues that arise during implementation.
