Job summary

Nscale, a GPU cloud platform for AI, seeks a Director – People Partnering APAC (HRBP) based in Singapore. You will lead strategic people Partnering across APAC, aligning talent strategy with business goals, and partnering with senior leaders to drive high performance across diverse markets.

You will guide talent management, employee relations, DEI, and organisational effectiveness, ensuring scalable practices and regional compliance while fostering a culture of ownership and accountability.

Qualifications

• 15–20 years of HR leadership experience with strong business partnering
• Experience in strategic people partnering within a fast-paced, scaling technology or high-growth environment
• Experience leading People Partnering across multiple APAC markets
• Strong ability to influence and coach senior leaders
• Deep expertise in employee experience, performance management, leadership development, and employee relations across diverse cultural environments

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted advisor to APAC senior leaders, providing strategic, tactical, and operational guidance on people-related matters.
• Use people analytics and data-driven insights to inform decision-making and measure the impact of People initiatives across the region.
• Partner with regional and global leadership to define and execute people strategies aligned to business objectives.
• Shape organisational design, workforce planning, succession planning, and leadership capability in line with regional growth priorities.
• Lead the execution of performance enablement and management frameworks across APAC.
