Job summary

WD is seeking a senior project manager in HR to lead strategic, cross-border programs across the Asia Pacific region. You will partner with HR Centers of Excellence, regional teams, and business leaders to drive talent programs, employee experience, workforce transformation, HR tech implementations, compliance, and delivery excellence.

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years in project management, experience across multiple countries and cultures, and strong stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of project or program management experience, including experience supporting Human Resources, People Operations, Talent, or Organizational initiatives.
• Experience leading large-scale, cross-functional projects across multiple countries, cultures and time zones.
• Experience working within a multinational technology or high-growth global organization preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of regional and global HR initiatives across APAC, including talent management and HR technology implementations.
• Build partnerships with HR leaders, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams across countries and cultures.
• Support localization and execution of global HR programs within all markets, ensuring regulatory alignment.
• Lead organizational change and workforce transformation initiatives.
• Ensure HR projects comply with labor laws and data privacy regulations with Legal and Compliance support.
• Manage project timelines, resources, and delivery plans.
• Establish governance and reporting for executive visibility and alignment.
• Develop scalable project management playbooks and operating models.
