Job summary

Western Digital Corporation is seeking a strategic Senior Project Manager, Human Resources to lead and deliver complex HR programs across the Asia Pacific region. You will partner with HR Centers of Excellence, regional teams, and business leaders to manage initiatives spanning talent programs, employee experience, workforce transformation, HR technology, and compliance.

Qualifications

8+ years of project or program management experience in HR or People operations.
Experience leading large cross-functional programs across multiple countries and time zones.
Experience in multinational technology or high-growth global organizations preferred.

Responsibilities

HR Project Leadership: Lead end-to-end execution of regional and global HR initiatives across APAC.
Regional Stakeholder Partnership: Build partnerships with HR leaders and cross-functional teams across countries.
Global Program Deployment: Localize and execute global HR programs in all markets with regional alignment.
Change & Transformation Management: Develop strategies to drive adoption and minimize disruption.
Risk & Compliance: Ensure HR projects comply with labor laws, data privacy, and company policies.
Resource Planning & Delivery Management: Manage timelines, dependencies, and resources for programs.
Governance & Reporting: Establish governance and executive reporting with clear metrics.
