Job summary

Michael Page Singapore is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to support a broad APAC HR scope during a period of transformation. Based in Singapore, you will report to the Deputy General Manager of Human Resources and lead regional recruitment and advisory activities, partnering with managers and external agencies.

The role covers salary benchmarking, benefits administration, governance, and HR projects, with a clear path to deepen expertise across talent acquisition, compensation & benefits,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• 8+ years of broad-based HR experience within a multinational, regional, or matrix organization.
• End-to-end recruitment experience with hiring managers on strategy and workforce planning.
• Experience in compensation and benefits activities, including salary benchmarking and market data analysis.
• Strong stakeholder management across functions and levels.
• Good understanding of Singapore employment practices, HR operations and lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment activities across technical, engineering, and corporate functions.
• Provide HR advisory support on onboarding, performance management, employee relations, organizational changes and policies.
• Support compensation and benefits activities such as salary benchmarking and annual reviews.
• Drive HR projects and process improvements including governance, reporting, and system enhancements.
• Collaborate with regional stakeholders and corporate HR teams to implement HR programs.
