Job summary

Michael Page is seeking a Regional Head of Human Capital (APAC) to lead the people agenda across a diverse, growing regional workforce. The role balances strategic leadership with hands-on execution, partnering with senior business leaders to design and implement scalable people practices that align with growth objectives.

Qualifications

• Proven regional HR leadership across APAC markets.
• Experience supporting rapid growth, transformation or change.
• Strong commercial acumen aligning people strategy to business outcomes.
• Ability to influence and partner with senior executives and leaders.
• Track record in organisational design, culture enhancement and change initiatives.
• Hands-on leadership style, operating at strategic and operational levels.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the APAC people strategy aligned to growth objectives.
• Partner with senior leaders on organisational design, workforce planning and change management.
• Build credibility and influence with stakeholders across countries and units.
• Lead and develop the regional HR team and enhance HR capability.
• Drive employee engagement, performance, development and succession planning.
• Review and strengthen HR processes, governance, systems and operating models.
