Michael Page is seeking a Senior HR Generalist to support a broad APAC HR portfolio from Singapore, focusing on regional talent acquisition and compensation initiatives. You will partner with hiring managers and external agencies to attract talent across engineering and corporate functions, while advising leaders on the employee lifecycle and HR policies.

The role covers salary benchmarking, annual reviews, and internal equity assessments, with opportunities to drive HR projects and process

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• 8+ years of broad-based HR experience in multinational/regional/matrix setups.
• Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment and workforce planning.
• Proven compensation and benefits experience including benchmarking and reviews.
• Strong stakeholder management across functions and levels.
• Solid understanding of Singapore employment practices and HR operations.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end recruitment across technical, engineering, and corporate functions.
• Provide HR advisory support on onboarding, performance, employee relations, organizational changes, and policies.
• Support compensation and benefits activities including benchmarking and annual reviews.
• Drive HR projects and process improvements, including policy reviews and reporting.
• Collaborate with regional stakeholders and corporate HR to implement HR programs consistently.
