Job summary

Applike Group is seeking a Senior HR Generalist APAC to serve as the local HR presence for our Singapore headquarters and growing APAC entities. You balance hands-on operations with leadership advisory, ensuring compliant people processes across markets.

You will own payroll coordination with outsourced providers, manage HR data/tools, and partner with the German HQ to align global guidelines with local practice. Fluency in English is required; Mandarin/Japanese/Korean skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in generalist HR/HR operations, APAC focus.
• Strong APAC labor law and payroll experience.
• Structured, compliant, and stakeholder-focused.
• Experience coordinating external HR partners and vendors.
• Proficient with modern HRIS and digital tools.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end employee lifecycle and local contracts.
• Provide APAC HR business partnering for regional leads.
• Lead performance management processes aligned with HQ.
• Manage payroll data submission with external providers.
• Ensure Singapore labor law compliance across markets.
• Coordinate relationships with regional vendors and authorities.
• Co-steer annual HR cycles and engagement surveys.
• Liaise between APAC leadership and Hamburg HQ to align guidelines.
• Optimize workflows and explore AI-enabled HR solutions.
