Job summary

PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking an HR Operations & Process Support professional to manage end-to-end HR administration for APAC and EU regions from our Bras Basah office. You will handle onboarding, offboarding, data maintenance, payroll and benefits, while coordinating across multiple time zones.

The role emphasizes cross-border compliance, policy updates, audits, and collaboration with regional teams to ensure consistent service delivery. 3–5 years of related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive HR administrative support for employees across APAC and EU regions, including onboarding, offboarding, employee data maintenance, payroll and benefits.
• Handle Tier 1 and Tier 2 employee inquiries via email, communicator, and HR ticketing systems within defined SLA timelines across multiple time zones.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of HR transactions in in-house HRIS systems with high data integrity for a diverse regional workforce.
• Maintain employee records and documentation in compliance with local employment regulations in supported countries.
• Monitor and ensure adherence to labor laws across APAC and EU jurisdictions; assist in HR audits and policy updates.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across APAC, EU and China HQ to ensure consistent service delivery and support cross-border initiatives.
• Document best practices and contribute to knowledge base; support training and onboarding of new HRSSC team members.
• Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes and stay updated on HR technology trends to address regional challenges.
