Responsibilities

• Partner with managers on people matters, workforce priorities
• Provide HR advice on policies, performance management and organisational changes
• Oversee onboarding, confirmation, transfers and offboarding
• Support recruitment and talent-attraction activities with hiring managers and agencies
• Drive HR projects and regional initiatives
• Review and improve HR processes, workflows, policies and SOPs
• Prepare HR reports and data analysis for decision-making
• Support HRIS and process improvements with regional IT/HR teams
• Manage annual performance-management cycle, goal setting and reviews
• Partner on employee development and performance-management matters
• Collaborate with regional HR teams and headquarters to implement consistent HR practices
• Provide support across compensation, benefits, insurance and other HR activities
• Handle ad hoc HR projects and operational duties
