Medpace is seeking a Human Resources (HR) Assistant to join our Asia Pacific HR team in Singapore. This full-time, office-based role provides essential administrative support to the local HR function and collaborates with global HR colleagues.

The ideal candidate holds a diploma or equivalent, has at least 1 year of office experience, and is proficient with MS Word, Outlook, and Excel. You will assist with recruitment tasks, onboarding/offboarding, and HR data management.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year of professional office experience.
• Strong MS Office skills and data entry accuracy.

Responsabilités

• Provide administrative support to the APAC HR function.
• Manage HRIS data entry and reporting.
• Assist with recruitment tasks and onboarding/offboarding.
• Support benefits administration and document management.
• Coordinate interviews and social media recruitment content.
• Handle confidential employee information and other ad-hoc duties.
