Medpace, Inc. in Singapore is seeking an HR Assistant to join the Asia Pacific HR team. This fully office-based role provides administrative support to the local HR function with some support to the global HR team.

The successful candidate will handle recruitment coordination, benefits administration, HRIS data entry, and monthly/quarterly HR reporting while collaborating with internal departments and assisting with onboarding/offboarding and social media content for recruitment.

Qualifications

• At least Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 years’ experience in a professional office setting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
• Attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.

Responsabilités

• General administrative support of the APAC HR function including sourcing, interview scheduling, general recruitment assistance, benefits administration and document management.
• Manage Human Resources Information System (HRIS) data entry.
• Manage monthly and quarterly reporting requirements for global and regional HR requirements.
• Collaborate with multiple internal departments on HR related needs.
• Assist with social media content for Medpace recruitment activities.
• Assist with on / off boarding matters.
• Perform special projects assigned.
• Handle sensitive and/or confidential employee information; and
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.
