Medpace, Inc. in Singapore is seeking an HR Assistant to join the Asia Pacific HR team. This fully office-based role provides administrative support to the local HR function with some support to the global HR team.

The successful candidate will handle recruitment coordination, benefits administration, HRIS data entry, and monthly/quarterly HR reporting while collaborating with internal departments and assisting with onboarding/offboarding and social media content for recruitment.

Qualifications

• At least Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 years’ experience in a professional office setting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
• Attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.

Responsibilities
