Job summary

Anthropic is seeking an experienced APAC Enablement Leader to shape how the region prepares for customer conversations in multiple languages. You will design for APAC within a global enablement engine, translate initiatives where it matters, and deliver across APAC with regional relevance.

As the first enablement leader on the ground in APAC, you will inherit a distributed program, tailor it to APAC dynamics, and feed insights back into global strategy.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in GTM enablement or field roles.
• Led GTM enablement in APAC with multiple markets.
• Influenced and shipped programs beyond your own region.
• Design practice-first enablement and measure impact.
• Understand adult learning and rapid unlearning in speed-to-sell contexts.
• Creative use of AI to provide personalised practice and scenarios.
• End-to-end accountability for a function rather than orchestration.
• Enabled a multilingual, multicultural field and adapted content for non-English markets.
• Will serve as the region's first enablement leader with global collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Stand up APAC enablement rhythm with in-region onboarding cohorts and APAC-time-session delivery.
• Adapt the international portfolio for APAC and translate ahead of delivery.
• Partner with regional GTM leaders to build scalable coaching standards.
• Own launch readiness for APAC, certifying the field in sync with global programmes.
• Run practice-first sessions including deal walkthroughs and role-plays.
