Job summary

Wise in Singapore seeks an experienced product leader to shape growth for Wise Consumer and Wise Business across APAC. You will define long-term roadmaps, guide a team of 4+ PMs, and scale products across markets.

You’ll blend customer insight, UX, data analysis, and technical dialogue to drive ambitious, measurable growth. This role embraces an entrepreneurial, hands-on leadership style.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in product roles, and have led high-performing teams of >5 PMs in the past.
• Hands-on, player-coach who can operate as individual contributor and lead a wider team.
• Experience building consumer and B2B products at scale in fintech/payments.
• Leadership in product-led growth with cross-functional collaboration.
• Analytical and technical, able to write queries and discuss with engineers.
• Entrepreneurial and creative with fresh ideas.

Responsibilities

• Define localised product experiences for APAC that are 10x better than alternatives.
• Redefine how money moves globally and set new standards for fintech products.
• Define long-term roadmaps and growth strategies for mature APAC markets.
• Lead a team of 4+ Product Managers across Wise Consumer and Wise Business.
