Wise is seeking a high-impact Senior Product Leader to shape strategy and accelerate the growth of Wise Consumer and Wise Business products across the APAC region. The role leads a team of 4+ Product Managers and collaborates with marketing, sales and operations to drive ambitious outcomes.

You will own long-term roadmaps, lead product-led growth initiatives, and influence cross-functional partners to deliver scalable, customer-centric solutions in a dynamic fintech environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in product roles with leadership of 5+ PMs.
• Hands-on and player-coach, able to operate at multiple detail levels.
• Experience building consumer and B2B products at scale.
• Experience leading teams in a product-led growth environment.
• Analytical and capable of technical discussions with engineers.
• Strong product sense in banking/payments/fintech.
• Entrepreneurial and creative with fresh ideas.
• Clear communication and structured problem solving.
