Job summary

Wise is looking for a senior B2B Growth Marketing Lead to accelerate Wise Business growth across APAC. You will own the regional growth strategy, prioritise markets, define campaigns for self-serve and sales-assisted journeys, and collaborate with Sales, Content, Events, and Product Marketing to execute with pace and impact.

You will translate customer insights into growth hypotheses, craft propositions, and measure payback and LTV to guide investment decisions.

Qualifications

• Deep B2B growth marketing experience with meaningful commercial outcomes.
• Hands-on growth marketer who can set strategy, write briefs, shape propositions, and execute.
• Experience building growth across multiple markets and adapting strategies for APAC.
• Ability to identify valuable B2B audiences and translate insight into acquisition propositions.
• Understand both self-serve and sales-assisted acquisition and align Marketing and Sales.
• Make commercially grounded decisions using CAC, conversion, payback and LTV.
• Able to operate independently in ambiguous environments and move quickly to testing.
• Comfortable coordinating cross-functional teams without formal authority.
• Motivated by Wise's mission and helping small businesses grow internationally.

Responsibilities

• Own the B2B growth strategy for APAC with evidence-driven prioritisation.
• Develop and execute locally relevant, integrated campaigns for self-serve and sales-assisted journeys.
• Translate customer problems into growth hypotheses, propositions, briefs, channel plans and metrics.
• Collaborate with content, events, paid search and other teams to take campaigns to market.
• Partner with Product Marketing and Sales on GTM plans and ICPs, gathering market feedback.
• Link campaign performance to new business profiles, quality, payback and LTV.
• Build a business case for regional investment with expected return and testing plan.
• Define scale/stop/change decisions from data, balancing local context with Wise Business strategy.
• Work with APAC stakeholders to maintain rhythm and momentum across markets.
• Identify regional product issues and improvements to strengthen the offering.
