Wise is seeking a senior B2B Growth Marketing Lead to accelerate Wise Business growth across APAC. You will identify markets, segments and opportunities with the greatest potential, then translate them into locally relevant campaigns that acquire valuable business customers.

You will own the regional B2B growth strategy and execute across self‑serve and sales‑assisted channels, collaborating with content, events, paid search and product marketing to maximize impact.

Qualifications

• Deep B2B growth marketing experience with measurable commercial outcomes.
• Hands‑on growth marketer capable of strategy, briefs, propositions, and execution.
• Experience scaling across multiple APAC markets.
• Identify valuable B2B audiences and craft acquisition propositions.
• Understand both self‑serve and sales‑assisted acquisition.
• Make commercially grounded decisions using CAC, conversion, payback, LTV.
• Comfort in uncertain data and scalable tests.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams without formal authority.
• Self‑driven in ambiguous environments.
• Motivated by Wise's mission to help small businesses grow internationally.

Responsibilities

• Own the B2B growth strategy for APAC, prioritising attractive opportunities using customer, market, product and commercial evidence.
• Develop and execute locally relevant, integrated campaigns across self‑serve and sales‑assisted journeys.
• Translate customer problems into growth hypotheses, propositions, briefs, channel plans and measurement approaches.
• Collaborate with content, events, paid search and other channels to move campaigns from idea to market.
• Partner with Product Marketing and Sales on Go-To‑Market plans and ideal customer profiles.
• Link campaign performance to new business profiles, quality, and payback across the funnel.
