Job summary

WSA is seeking a Senior Manager, Strategy & Business Development APAC to lead the development and execution of the regional growth strategy across Asia Pacific. You will report to the President APAC and work with country teams to translate global ambitions into actionable regional roadmaps.

The role emphasizes governance, cross‑functional collaboration, and delivering measurable outcomes across markets, with a focus on strategic initiatives and stakeholder alignment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of опыт in business development and/or strategic planning.
• Strong analytical capabilities; experience building roadmaps and milestones.
• Proven ability to engage senior executives and country leaders.
• Experience designing governance and reporting frameworks across a regional portfolio.
• Structured, organized approach to driving complex, multi-market initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own the 3-year strategic plan for the APAC region, translating global ambitions into a regional roadmap by country.
• Collaborate with country teams to identify growth opportunities and craft commercially compelling strategies.
• Partner with country leaders to design tailored initiatives and rollout plans across markets.
• Establish governance to monitor milestones, track performance, and surface risks and opportunities.
• Support execution of strategic priorities across the region with cross-functional teams.
