Worley Pte. Limited is seeking a Senior Manager, APAC Strategy and Performance to lead regional strategy development and performance management across Asia Pacific. Qualifications
- Degree qualification in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering or related discipline.
- Experience in strategy, business performance, transformation, consulting or commercial roles.
- Proven ability to translate strategy into measurable business outcomes in matrixed or project-based settings.
- Experience in engineering, consulting, energy, resources or related industries is advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Lead APAC strategic planning and align regional priorities with enterprise objectives.
- Analyse market trends and performance to identify opportunities and risks.
- Develop strategic recommendations and actionable roadmaps for growth and profitability.
- Establish KPIs and executive reporting across the region.
- Drive reviews and follow-through on strategic actions.
- Oversee initiatives and programs ensuring realization of benefits.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver regional priorities.
- Provide strategic insights to senior leadership and governance.
