Responsibilities

Develop and implement growth strategies for Singapore and APAC.
Lead planning and execution of strategic initiatives and commercial projects.
Identify new opportunities and partnerships and expand market presence.
Build and manage relationships with customers, partners, suppliers and stakeholders.
Oversee operations ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
Monitor market trends and provide recommendations to leadership.
Lead and develop teams to achieve objectives and KPIs.
Set performance targets and drive improvements across functions.
Manage budgets and resources for assigned functions.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for execution.
Represent the company in meetings and negotiations.
Prepare management reports and strategic recommendations.
