Qualifications

• 10+ years in B2B sales, business development, or account management within the maritime, fuel additives, energy, or related industries
• Proven track record of developing, expanding, and scaling business operations across multiple APAC markets
• Well-established network within the APAC maritime industry, including ship owners, ship managers, ship operators, port operators, agents, and distributors
• Hands-on experience at sea or onboard vessels is a strong plus
• Strong understanding of marine engine operations, fuel management, and fuel additive technologies, with the ability to present and explain complex technical solutions to both C-suite executives and technical stakeholders
• Strategic approach to building and managing agent networks across diverse APAC markets
• Strong presentation and communication skills that bridge technical and commercial conversations
• Willingness and availability to travel regularly across the APAC region
