Job summary

TP ICAP Group is seeking an APAC AI Lead Engineer – Global Broking to drive AI-enabled productivity improvements for Global Broking desks across APAC. You will collaborate with brokers, desk heads and business managers to automate workflows, reduce manual effort and support faster decision-making through practical AI solutions.

You will report to APAC Global Broking leadership with alignment to TP ICAP architecture, security and governance standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in software/AI engineering, automation, data engineering or technology delivery within regulated environments.
• Strong practical experience designing and delivering solutions using large language models, AI agents, workflow automation, and API-based integrations.
• Ability to work directly with front-office users, translating business requirements into pragmatic technology solutions.
• Strong governance, architecture review, security-by-design, testing, production deployment and operational support requirements.

Responsibilities

• Partner with APAC brokers, desk heads and business managers to identify productivity, automation and workflow improvements.
• Translate business requirements into AI/automation solutions that can be tested, governed and scaled.
• Lead the delivery of APAC AI use cases from discovery to production deployment and desk adoption.
• Define measurable business outcomes and adoption plans for each use case.
