Job summary

TP ICAP Singapore seeks an APAC AI Lead Engineer – Global Broking to drive AI-enabled productivity across APAC desks. You will partner with brokers, desk heads and the AI Lab to identify automation opportunities and deliver scalable AI solutions.

You will design, prototype and deploy tools using approved platforms, ensuring governance, security and production-readiness while embedding solutions into daily workflows.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering AI-enabled productivity solutions in financial services or regulated environments.
• Hands-on with large language models, AI agents, RAG and retrieval.
• Translate business needs into pragmatic technology solutions for front-office users.

Responsibilities

• Lead APAC Global Broking AI engineering initiatives from discovery to production.
• Collaborate with brokers, desk heads and the AI Lab to design and deliver tools.
• Governance, risk, and alignment with TP ICAP standards.
