Job summary

TP ICAP Group in Singapore is seeking an APAC AI Lead Engineer – Global Broking to identify and deliver AI-enabled productivity improvements for Global Broking desks across APAC. The role collaborates with brokers, desk heads and business managers to automate workflows and support faster decision-making.

The role reports to APAC Global Broking leadership and to the Global AI Lab, ensuring alignment with TP ICAP architecture, security and governance standards while driving measurable productivity

Qualifications

• Experience delivering AI-enabled productivity solutions in financial services.
• Strong ability to translate business requirements into pragmatic tech solutions.
• Experience with front-office workflows and stakeholder engagement.
• Knowledge of governance, architecture, security, risk and compliance requirements.
• Proficient in Python, APIs, cloud platforms, source control and CI/CD.

Responsibilities

• Identify high-value APAC AI opportunities and translate requirements into AI/workflow solutions.
• Design and prototype AI-enabled tools using TP ICAP platforms.
• Lead delivery from discovery to production with adoption plans.
• Ensure alignment with architecture, security, risk and compliance.
• Coordinate with brokers, desks, AI Lab and support functions.
