TP ICAP Group is seeking an experienced Forward Deployed Engineering Lead to drive AI-enabled productivity across APAC Global Broking desks. You will partner with brokers and desk heads to identify high-value opportunities, design and deliver AI-driven workflow automation, and guide production deployments with governance and risk controls.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in software engineering, AI engineering, automation, data engineering or technology delivery within financial services or a regulated environment.
• Strong practical experience designing and delivering solutions using large language models, AI agents, workflow automation, RAG/knowledge retrieval and API-based integrations.
• Excellent ability to translate business requirements into pragmatic technology solutions for front-office users.

Responsibilities

• Partner with APAC brokers, desk heads and business managers to identify high-value productivity, automation and workflow improvements.
• Design, prototype and deliver AI-enabled tools, agents, applications and workflow automations.
• Lead APAC AI use-case delivery from discovery to production deployment and desk adoption.
• Ensure AI solutions comply with TP ICAP governance, security, risk and compliance standards.
• Support AI enablement sessions, pilots, workshops and user engagement activities.
