Visa is seeking a Manager, Fintech Growth, Digital Sales, Asia Pacific in Singapore. You will build a regional fintech growth engine, define segment strategy, and lead a team of Digital Sales Representatives to acquire and expand fintech clients at scale.

You will shape APAC growth with strong payments fluency, drive end-to-end sales, and collaborate across Product, Marketing, Risk, Legal, Finance, and Deal Desk to translate market opportunities into repeatable commercial outcomes.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 8+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or commercial leadership.
• Experience selling to fintechs, banks, PSPs, or payment platforms.
• Strong understanding of fintech ecosystem and digital payments in APAC.
• Experience with data-driven forecasting and analytics.
• Proven ability to build scalable regional sales motions.

Aufgaben

• Define fintech segment strategy and prioritize opportunities in AP.
• Lead a team of Digital Sales Representatives across AP.
• Drive new logo acquisition and cross-sell within Visa network.
• Coach teams on end-to-end sales, pipeline management, and deals.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Risk, Legal, and Finance.
