Job summary

Visa is hiring a Sales Manager for the Greater China Region (GCR) within the Digital Sales team, based in Singapore. You will lead a team of Digital Sales Representatives, define market coverage, and accelerate growth across financial institutions, merchants, fintechs, and payment platforms, partnering with Marketing, Product, Risk, and Deal Desk.

The role emphasizes coaching, CRM discipline, and the development of scalable digital engagement motions across diverse client types in APAC.

Qualifications

Minimum 8+ years of experience in B2B sales with proven leadership of high-performing teams.
Experience selling to/working with financial institutions, fintechs, or technology companies.
Strong understanding of fintech/digital payments landscape and go-to-market strategies.
Expertise in digital selling, pipeline management, territory planning, and analytics.
Excellent communication, presentation, and coaching skills with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Define and execute the Digital Sales growth and territory coverage strategy for GCR.
Build market maps and segmentation models across client types and markets.
Use data, segmentation, and signals to identify high-potential prospects and opportunities.
Translate market dynamics and partner ecosystems into actionable growth priorities.
Lead, coach, and develop a team of Digital Sales Representatives in GCR.
Establish a strong sales operating rhythm with training, deal reviews, and CRM discipline.
Drive new logo acquisition, client expansion, and cross-sell across Visa network capabilities.
