Job summary

Visa is seeking a Manager, Fintech Growth, Digital Sales, Asia Pacific to lead a regional fintech growth engine within the AP Digital Sales team. You will define segment strategy, prioritize high-potential opportunities, and manage a team of Digital Sales Representatives across AP markets.

In this builder role, you will drive new logo acquisition, client expansion, cross-sell, and upsell opportunities, while collaborating with Product, Marketing, Risk, Legal, and Finance to accelerate commercial

Qualifications

Minimum 8+ years of experience in B2B sales or commercial leadership
Experience with fintechs, digital banks, PSPs, payment providers
Strong understanding of fintech ecosystem and digital payments in AP
Experience using data analytics for forecasting and performance
Ability to lead and develop teams and manage change

Responsibilities

Build and lead a regional fintech growth engine for Visa’s Digital Sales in AP
Define fintech segment strategy and prioritize opportunities
Lead a team of Digital Sales Representatives across AP
Drive new logo acquisition, client expansion, cross-sell and upsell
Coach team on full-cycle sales and pipeline management
Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Risk, Legal, Finance to accelerate outcomes
