Job summary

TRM Labs is seeking a Senior Business Development Executive for APAC, based in Singapore with remote work. You will leverage an established network across APAC financial institutions to open senior-level conversations, cultivate multi-thread relationships, and create enterprise opportunities.

Travel 30-40% for conferences and in-person accounts while collaborating with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Policy to gain strategic advantage.

Responsibilities

• Open senior-level access at priority APAC financial institutions by activating a network you have already built.
• Build multi-threaded relationships across stakeholders who shape digital asset strategy, financial crime programs, compliance priorities, investigations, risk, and innovation.
• Identify and pursue high-value enterprise and partnership opportunities with banks and other financial institutions.
• Represent TRM externally at conferences, executive forums, practitioner communities, and industry events, turning public presence and private conversations into qualified opportunities.
• Partner closely with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Policy to turn strategic access into qualified customer opportunities, market insight, and long-term competitive advantage.
• Close the loop between field signal and internal strategy by feeding customer insights, buying dynamics, objections, and market intelligence back into TRM’s product and GTM teams.
