Job summary

OCBC Bank in Singapore seeks an experienced Global Relationship Manager in the Financial Institutions team to lead a portfolio of regional clients, including Insurance, Wealth Platforms and Credit Institutions. You will drive new relationships, partner with product teams, and expand the bank’s regional footprint across Asia.

Ideal candidates have 6–12 years covering APAC banks, deep knowledge of transaction banking and capital markets, strong stakeholder management, and proficiency with

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master’s degree in Business Management, Finance, Economics, or related fields.
• 6–12 years of relevant experience covering APAC region, especially banks, insurers and credit institutions.
• Strong knowledge of transaction banking, trade finance, treasury and capital markets is advantageous.
• Excellent stakeholder management and senior client engagement skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).

Responsibilities

• Be the global relationship manager for a portfolio of clients, comprising mainly the Insurance, Wealth Platforms & Credit Institutions Segment.
• Strengthen the bank’s market position as a key partner in Asia.
• Drive new relationship initiatives, including partnerships and regional transactions.
• Lead cross-functional teams to drive deal execution and revenue delivery.
• Conduct joint customer visits/calls with product partners or senior managers to understand client needs.
• Promote financial institutions products across Transaction Banking, Global Markets, Loans & Guarantee Solutions.
