Qualifications

• At least 3 years of relevant working experience in financial shared services.
• Ability to follow up and resolve outstanding items timely.
• Good understanding of accounting principles and practices.

Responsibilities

• Delivery of STS & OTC services for APAC market.
• Handle supplier onboarding requests and PO administration.
• Evaluate processes and recommend process improvements.

Skills

Fluent in both written and spoken Chinese & English

Excellent interpersonal skills

Excellent problem-solving skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities

Education

Accounting / Finance / Business degree

ACA / ACCA / CPA qualification

Tools

SAP or similar ERP product

Microsoft tools (Excel, Outlook, Word)
