• Strategic, data-driven, with ROI-focused enablement programs.
• AI tooling capability with cloud, infra, monitoring knowledge.
• 5+ years in training, presales, post-sales, or customer-facing roles.
• Degree in Computer Science or Engineering, or equivalent.
• Willing to travel up to 25% across APJ.

Responsibilities

• Own APJ enablement strategy for Sales and CS; drive attach rates.
• Build upstream demand by engaging Sales and CS regionally.
• Scope requests, gate quality, align training demand to business need.
• Analyze adoption and ROI; scale or retire offerings.
• Develop internal sales tools and resources for customer training.
• Drive delivery consistency, content utilization, and reporting quality across TEMs.
• Lead intake, capacity planning, triage, prioritization, and time tracking.
• Lead, coach, and mentor APJ TEMs via 1:1s and evaluations.
• Monitor KPIs, diagnose gaps, balance workload toward 80% productivity.
• Champion AI for content prep, reporting, QA, scalable enablement delivery.
• Recruit, hire, and onboard team members.
• Collaborate with Sales, CS, Engineering, and Product on urgent needs.
