Job summary

Datadog APJ is seeking a player-coach to lead a team of Sales Field Enablement Managers in a hybrid Singapore-based role. You will deliver onboarding and ongoing training, partner with global teams to evolve listening methods, and translate field insights into actionable enablement strategies for land, expand, and growth initiatives.

You will manage direct reports, coach for impact, and drive sales readiness through MEDDIC and other methodologies while sustaining an inclusive, growth-oriented

Qualifications

At least 4 years in sales enablement, L&D or equivalent.
Experience managing direct reports in a complex environment.
Strong listening skills and ability to act on feedback.
Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

Build, lead, and empower a high-performing team of Sales Field Enablement Managers.
Shadow, coach, and give feedback to ensure training effectiveness.
Conduct career and development conversations with direct reports.
Deliver live and virtual onboarding and ongoing training for sellers and leaders.
Collaborate with global teams to align field listening with strategy.
Synthesize data to shape regional enablement plans and initiatives.
Provide on-the-spot training and curate workshops as needed.
