Datadog is seeking an Enablement professional to design and deliver onboarding and ongoing training for regional Sales and Customer Success teams in APJ. You will simplify complex content, deliver live and virtual sessions, and use field insights to shape programs that drive real behavior change across a multi-country region.

You will partner with Curriculum, Programs, and Operations while applying AI tools to accelerate delivery and reinforce learning.

• Deliver engaging live and virtual enablement sessions for regional GTM teams.
• Conduct field listening to shape programs based on business needs across APAC.
• Lead reinforcement and coaching to drive post-program adoption and behavior change.
• Partner with Curriculum, Program Management and Operations to translate field insights into content.
• Use AI tools to accelerate delivery and surface patterns for teams.

Responsabilidades
