Job summary

Datadog is seeking an experienced Sales Enablement professional to deliver onboarding and ongoing enablement programs for regional go-to-market teams across APAC. You will translate complex content into practical training, improve post-program adoption, and collaborate with curriculum, program management, and operations to tailor content for field needs.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in sales enablement, field enablement, training, or a related GTM role, supporting Sales/CS teams in SaaS or tech.
• Strong facilitators with experience delivering live/virtual training to senior audiences; familiarity with MEDDICC, Command of the Message, Challenger, Sandler (certs a plus).
• Built in capabilities to use performance data and field feedback to inform enablement decisions; experience with project tools like Asana is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver live and virtual enablement sessions for regional Sales and CS teams, including onboarding and reinforcement programs.
• Conduct field listening to identify business needs and inform program priorities across APAC markets.
• Lead reinforcement and coaching to drive post-program adoption with activities like role plays and deal clinics.
• Partner with Curriculum, PM, and Operations to share insights and build content; collaborate with Sales leaders to address needs.
• Use AI tools to accelerate delivery and surface patterns in field feedback.
