Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking an IFM Regional Lead for APAC to oversee multiple facilities across the region. This role manages policy enforcement, safety, budgets, and maintenance programs while coordinating with clients, staff, and vendors to deliver excellent facility services.

Qualifications

• 10+ years experience in Facilities Management or related industry.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement with a people-first mindset.
• Degree in Facilities Management, Real Estate, Business, or related field.
• Proven success in leading cross-functional teams and driving performance metrics.
• Deep understanding of technical operations and building systems.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to manage budgets and financial reporting.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and reporting skills.
• Ability to travel internationally as required.
• Advanced customer service and management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee policy conformance and enforcement, safety performance, budget and cost control, quality control, maintenance process development and conformance.
• Coordinate maintenance activities across APAC client portfolio to ensure effective maintenance performance.
• Assist in long-range planning in support of client goals and company objectives.
• Provide support before, during and after disaster events.
• Ensure compliance with company and client regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Manage day-to-day facilities operations across sites to meet service needs including custodial, life-safety, engineering and general maintenance.
• Lead service contracts cost-effectively with periodic financial reviews, RFPs, and contract pricing alignment.
• Guide the facility management team in maintenance programs for interior and exterior conditions and appearance.
• Deliver positive, prompt responses to client and occupant requests.
