Qualifications

• Experience in facilities management with responsibility for multiple sites across APAC.
• Experience managing facilities operations and capital projects, including workplace services and renovations.
• Experience in semiconductor/manufacturing/tech corporate environments supporting engineering, R&D, or office operations.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, vendors, contractors, and landlords with high-quality service delivery.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across countries and cultures.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage annual capital and operating budgets for the APAC portfolio.
• Technical/design oversight of mechanical/electrical infrastructure projects in a semiconductor R&D environment.
• Define project scopes, schedules and budgets with minimal information.
• Coordinate with consultants and stakeholders for project requirements.
• Deliver safe, compliant, cost-effective workplace environments and services.
