Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering with 5–8 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Experience in staffing, training, development, coaching, measuring, appraising and rewarding performance is preferred.
• Ability to lead the exchange of sensitive, complicated information and convey performance expectations.

Aufgaben

• Provide formal supervision to employees and oversee recruiting and hiring.
• Coordinate and manage daily team activities, schedules and deadlines; mentor and coach as needed.
• Assist team with difficult operations and maintenance issues and manage contractors.
• Supervise daily operation of facility controls and asset management systems.
• Develop annual operating budgets and forecast O&M costs across multiple locations.
• Schedule maintenance activities aligning with customer requirements.
• Integrate with clients for reconfiguration and operational changes.
