Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking an Engineering Senior Ops Manager (APAC Engineering Lead) to lead a team responsible for implementing and managing complex mechanical operations across multiple facilities and campuses.

The role focuses on preventive maintenance, asset management, and delivering operational excellence. The role sits within the Engineering and Technical Services function, overseeing staff performance, budgets, and contractor coordination to align with CBRE’s values and client

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering with 5–8 years of relevant experience preferred.
Experience in staffing, training, development, coaching, measuring, appraising and rewarding performance is preferred.
Ability to lead the exchange of sensitive, complicated information and convey performance expectations.

Responsibilities

Provide formal supervision to employees and oversee recruiting and hiring.
Coordinate and manage daily team activities, schedules and deadlines; mentor and coach as needed.
Assist team with difficult operations and maintenance issues and manage contractors.
Supervise daily operation of facility controls and asset management systems.
Develop annual operating budgets and forecast O&M costs across multiple locations.
Schedule maintenance activities aligning with customer requirements.
Integrate with clients for reconfiguration and operational changes.
