Job summary

RateGain Travel Technologies Limited is seeking a Senior Sales Director - Corporate APAC to drive growth across Singapore, Hong Kong, Australia and New Zealand. The role focuses on enterprise accounts in the travel sector, including airlines, hotels, car rentals and OTAs, with heavy C-suite engagement and multi-stakeholder deals.

Based in Singapore, the position offers a hybrid work model with travel to SG, HK, AU/NZ as required.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of enterprise sales experience in AdTech, MarTech, Travel Tech, or SaaS.
• Proven track record closing high-value, multi-threaded enterprise deals.
• Strong understanding of digital advertising, data platforms, or the travel ecosystem.
• Proven ability to engage and influence C-level stakeholders.
• Experience in managing long sales cycles and complex deal structures.
• Strong hunter mindset with a track record of new logo acquisition and account expansion.
• Experience working across APAC markets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute SG, HK, AU and NZ go-to-market strategy for enterprise accounts.
• Drive new business acquisition across Airlines, Hotels, Car Rentals, OTAs, Finance, Telcos and Luxury brands.
• Own, maintain and close large, complex enterprise deals with multiple stakeholders at C-suite, marketing, revenue and tech levels.
• Build and expand strategic relationships across RateGain, Sojern and Adara ecosystems.
• Identify and unlock cross-sell and upsell opportunities across the full platform suite.
• Develop strong executive relationships to drive long-term partnerships beyond media activations.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing and Customer Success to align market needs and drive revenue outcomes.
• Build and manage a robust pipeline with forecasting and deal velocity.
