Job summary

Crédit Agricole CIB in Singapore seeks a Head of Global Markets IT Asia-Pacific to lead end-to-end software delivery, operations and continuous improvement of technology capabilities supporting Global Markets across the region. You will be a strategic technology partner and member of the GMI Exco, guiding a team of 250–300 employees and external resources.

You will shape engineering capabilities, ensure secure and resilient solutions, and manage regional budgets with a focus on growth,

Responsibilities

Lead and oversee all GMI teams in Asia-Pacific, with hierarchical authority over ISAP and Heads of GMI in Hong Kong and Japan.
Shape and develop software engineering capabilities to support Global Markets IT according to ISR guidelines and standards.
Build a sustainable, inclusive and high-performing organisation; foster collaboration, results and career development.
Ensure the department delivers high-quality, secure and resilient solutions that meet business expectations and bank standards.
Oversee end-to-end ownership of applications and projects: requirements, design, development, testing, deployment and support.
Own and manage the GMI Singapore department budget and allocate resources across Asia-Pacific.
Translate bank strategy into clear priorities and effective ways of working within ISR and Global Markets IT.
Maintain robust project delivery and software engineering practices in line with bank standards and collaborate with the Global Head of GMI.
