You will shape IT strategy, drive business process transformation, enhance governance, and support enterprise-wide digital initiatives across markets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in IT strategy, IT planning, or related functions within IT/technology.
• Insurance industry experience is essential with understanding of business processes.
• Proven track record leading regional or multi-country transformation initiatives.
• Strong ability to engage senior stakeholders and translate objectives into initiatives.
