Job summary

CoreWeave is seeking a senior Employment Lawyer to guide the APAC region on employment law, compliance and workforce matters as the company scales globally. You will partner with People, Privacy, Tax and Legal teams to advise on hiring, separations, investigations, and multi-jurisdictional issues across APAC.

You will lead significant regional workstreams, liaise with outside counsel, and help build scalable legal frameworks to support international expansion and ongoing growth.

Qualifications

• Qualified lawyer with multi-jurisdictional APAC employment experience.
• Experience advising on M&A, international expansion and restructurings.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and risk assessment skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day and strategic employment law guidance across APAC.
• Advise on collective relations, investigations, and regulatory compliance.
• Partner with Privacy, Regulatory & Compliance teams on data privacy intersections.
• Support EOR/PEO transitions and international workforce arrangements.
• Lead employment-related disputes and coordinate with outside counsel.
• Develop scalable regional frameworks, playbooks, and training.
