STACK Infrastructure is seeking an experienced leader in People & Culture to drive regional HR operations across APAC from Singapore. The role focuses on HR systems implementation, process excellence, data integrity, and employee lifecycle management, delivering scalable regional solutions and strong governance.

You will partner with IT, Finance and Payroll, manage vendors, and build meaningful dashboards to support workforce planning and operational oversight.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Management or related discipline.
• 8–10 years’ experience in HR operations, HRIS, change management, or shared services in a regional/multi-country environment.
• Experience implementing or improving HR systems and processes.

Responsabilités

• Improve end-to-end people operations across the employee lifecycle (onboarding, changes, transfers, offboarding).
• Establish scalable regional processes, workflows, templates and governance.
• Ensure HR records and data are accurate, secure and compliant with policy and local requirements.
• Partner with country HR teams and external providers for local HR administration and payroll inputs.
• Identify operational risks and implement solutions to improve service quality and efficiency.
• Lead HR systems implementation, optimisation and ongoing management (HRIS, ATS, performance, learning).
• Develop dashboards and metrics to support workforce planning and decision-making.
• Establish data-management practices including audits and privacy requirements.
• Drive change-management plans to enable adoption of new systems and processes.
