Job summary

StackAdapt is seeking a Director, Client Services, APAC to lead and scale a high-performing team across APAC markets. The role focuses on retention, commercial growth, and operational excellence while partnering with regional and global leaders to deliver best-in-class client outcomes.

The position reports to the SVP, Global Client Services and may be based in Singapore or Sydney, with responsibilities spanning regional leadership, client relationships, and strategic initiatives across diverse

Qualifications

• 10+ years in client services or adtech leadership.
• 5+ years leading managers across APAC markets.
• Deep programmatic advertising knowledge and DSP familiarity.
• Proven executive client relationships and renewals.
• Strong financial management and budgeting skills.
• Experience designing scalable service models.
• Excellent stakeholder management across Sales, Product, Marketing.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort with data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach leaders to deliver exceptional results for clients.
• Drive retention and account expansion strategies.
• Partner with regional Sales on renewals and new business.
• Meet with client executives to build partnerships.
• Optimize regional workflows and track performance metrics.
• Coordinate with Legal and Revenue Ops on data privacy.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Sales to gather local feedback.
